Gutters, downspouts, sidewalks, brick, stucco, gable vents, roofs, fascia, and soffit.
Bookkeeping
Provided by community member Jane Sharpe who also authors our community newsletters, files required taxes and documents, and sends out hard copy letters to community members.

There is a quarterly assessment of $408. Statements are sent out each quarter. Special assessments are passed by community vote on an as needed basis.
